Hearing with Federal Councilor

Swiss Entrepreneurs Foundation (SwissEF) invited 10 of the fast growing Swiss Startups for a hearing with Federal Councillor Guy Parmelin in the Federal Palace. They all raised successful venture capital between CHF 10 and 500 Mio. for their international expansion. SwissEF is engaged to increase the framework conditions for Startups and Entrepreneurship in Switzerland. As a result of the hearing, the needs in the area of taxation of employee shares and onboarding of non-EU employees were mentioned. In addition, the great need for a network of experienced coaches for the internationalization phase was pointed out.
